It is suggested, but not required, that members involved in a transaction on Money & More Auctionz contact each other within three business days after the listing ends. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Please note that an emergency, illness, or computer problem may keep the seller from contacting you immediately.

If you are unable to contact the seller via email after a reasonable amount of time, you are no longer responsible for purchasing the item. At this point, you might consider leaving feedback to alert other buyers about your experience with the seller.

If it has been at least a week since the auction ended and you have not heard or made contact:

• If you are the seller of the item, you can contact the next-highest bidder to see if he/she is still interested in the item. After a week of trying to get in touch with the original high bidder, it's perfectly acceptable to move on, even if extraordinary circumstances have kept the bidder from responding.
• If you are the high bidder of the item, your obligation to purchase the item ends when the seller cannot be reached.

If you have tried email and the message center, you've done your best. In any case, you can use the feedback system to leave either neutral or negative feedback about the user, to help other users decide who to do business with.

On rare occasions, a seller encounters a buyer with whom they have a very negative experience. In that case, they may actually fear the buyer bidding on their goods. Perhaps the buyer is late with payment, or the buyer left negative feedback to the seller on something relatively minor.

The banned feature protects the seller's goods from being bid on by anyone the seller "bans". We don't expect this feature to be used much. It, does, however, give the seller a bit more protection.

Go to the member center, click on "Block Users". Enter the information requested in the various steps. To take someone off your list, just click "Delete".

Money Auctionz 's policy prohibits members from sending spam, which is defined as an unsolicited, commercial email.

Further definitions:

Unsolicited - it must have been sent without the permission of the person who received it.
Commercial - it discusses the buying, selling or trading of any goods or services.

Please note that message board posts or instant messaging services that are not commercial in nature are not considered spam.

How do you know if you're infringing someone's copyright, trademark or other rights when you create your auction listings? To find out, look at the guidelines listed below. This list will help you determine if your item is infringing (violating copyright law) or prohibited (not allowed on Money & More Auctionz). Not allowing these items on the site protects you from liability and helps make Money Auctionz a safe place for trading. Selling or buying any of these items could put you at risk for civil or criminal liability. Your auction could be ended early and you may be suspended from Money Auctionz .

Money & More Auctionz Guideline:
Contrary to popular belief, the fact that material is posted on the world wide web does not mean it is in the "public domain" or otherwise free to be taken, copied or used by others. Creators of web content probably have copyright, trademark and other rights in the material they create. Copying, modifying and possibly linking to content created by others could expose you to legal liability.

Money & More Auctionz Guideline:
No Copying Allowed! When you prepare your auction listings you generally should use only material (text, photographs, etc.) and trademarks/names that you created or own yourself or licensed from the owners.

Money Auctionz Guideline:
No Unauthorised Linking to Photos! You cannot link to somebody else's picture (so it appears in your auction) without the owner's permission.

What is a copyright?
A copyright is the protection given in the United States to certain original works of authorship, including text, pictures, music, etc. The owner of a copyright holds the exclusive right to duplicate, distribute and create derivative works from his work. Auction listings often contain text, photographs and the names/trademarks of companies. The text and photographs which you create and use in auction listings may be protected by copyright laws.

If you copy someone else's auction text or original photograph, or copy text or photographs from any other place (depending upon how much is copied), you may be infringing someone's copyright. They may be able to request the ending of your auction through our Verified Rights Owner (VERO) Programm. Here are some examples of potentially infringing auctions:

• You scan a photograph of Elvis Presley (without permission) to use in an auction listing in which you are selling an authentic autograph of Elvis Presley
• You copy someone else's auction text and (without permission) paste it into your own auction to sell the same item (Making slight modifications to the text may not relieve you of liability if it is substantially similar to the original text.)
• You copy the URL of a photograph appearing on a golf club manufacturer's web site or another user's auction causing the photograph to appear in your auction (without permission).

What is a trademark? A trademark is a name or logo used by a company (or person) to identify its goods or services.

Money & More Auctionz Guideline:
No Confusing Listings! If you are selling a brand name product, you can probably show a picture of the product and refer to the company by name, but you cannot do so in such a way that it suggests that your auction is approved, sponsored or endorsed by the manufacturer. Also, you must be careful not to sell products which bear the brand name of a company which did not make the product.

Here are some examples of potentially infringing auctions:

1. You prepare an auction listing to sell non-branded sunglasses, but you use the Rayban© trademark in your listing
2. You are selling a non-Disney© stuffed animal, but use a picture of Mickey Mouse© in your listing
